Enter a new and interesting variation on the traditional yoga block, the egg shaped yoga block! The egg block provides lift and support like a normal block but being wedge shape allows you to fine tune the amount of support provided, particularly when used under the legs in seated postures. Eggs are also fantastic for support in reclining postures and supported back bends (place 3 or 4 eggs side by side for a wide support) as they conform beautifully to the arc of ones back. Why not try using the eggs under your bands in forward bends and see how the egg shape allows you to gently move deeper in to your posture.
