This is the top end mat that Fitness Mad produce and is ideal for therapy, yoga, Pilates and any floor based exercise you may be taking part in. The TPE material works like memory foam, adopting the impressions made but then returning to its original state afterwards, maintaining a high performance over a long period of time; this, along with its thickness, means good support for the spine and knees. Due to the thick nature of the mat it is more suited to home or studio use, rather than being rolled up tightly and carried around. It is double sided and will not slip on the floor during use.
